EDINBURGH, Scotland. – Aviagen^® UK Ross customers continue to demonstrate excellence in flock management expertise and dedication, enabling the genetic potential of Ross breeders to truly shine. To reward their relentless efforts and celebrate their success, the Aviagen UK team hosted a special ceremony in May, presenting 28 breeder awards. The Top Flock Award went to PD Hook North.

Aviagen UK Head of Sales and Technical Stuart Thomson highlighted the steady advancement in breeder performance, increasing from 167.5 total eggs and 127.4 chicks per hen housed in 2013 to 189.8 total eggs and 153.6 chicks per hen housed in 2022.
